Age 35 and single, born in Germany.

I started diving in 1992 while in Germany. When I moved to Thailand in November 1992 where I started cavern and cave diving without proper training. I wanted to learn the proper way of doing it. After Thailand I moved to Egypt where I started deep diving without training and wanted to learn the correct way of doing that, too. Time passed by and I moved to Honduras. When I went on a vacation to Mexico , I was finally able to take a cavern and an intro to cave class in April 1995. From the moment I jumped into a cenote I knew that I had to move to Mexico and dive these cenotes every day.

Since February 1996 I've lived in Mexico and go cave diving almost every day. I've been involved in various cave diving exploration projects in Mexico, Belize and the United States.

• Nahoch Nachich Cave Exploration Project 1996, 1997, 1998
• The Pit Exploration in the Dos Ojos Cave system 1997
• Chack Mol Cave survey and mapping 1996, 1997
• Cambrian Foundation Solomon Island Expedition 1998
• Ongoing exploration of the cenotes in the Merida area, state of Yucatan
