Beth was the original webmaster for the Wakulla 2 Web Site, up through 1997. She has attended West Virginia University in Morgantown WV; The University of Athens in Athens, Greece and The American University in Washington, DC. She has a BA and MS,Biology; and has done graduate work in Computer Science. As an undergrad, Beth worked as a research assistant in a water quality lab, studying the effects of Acid Mine water on the enviroment. Beth has worked for the IBM Corporation as a Systems Consultant for the past 15 years.
Though not a diver on this project, Beth has been diving for more than 15 years, and has logged more than 1200 dives, approximately 550 in caves. She is a PADI Divemaster, NSS-CDS/NACD Full Cave, and IANTD Trimix certified. Currently, Beth is editor of Underwater Speleology, a publication of the Cave Diving Section of the National Speleological Society.
